ABOUT US

Balfour Pacific is a Vancouver-based private equity real estate firm that focuses on value-added and core-plus investments in the U.S. We and our affiliate, the Belzberg family office, are currently managing committed real estate capital and assets on behalf of institutions and high net worth investors. Since 2011, the Belzberg organization has successfully invested in and managed over $2 billion in assets.

OUR PROCESS

INVESTMENT CRITERIA

We seek investments in high growth, healthy markets near gateway and secondary cities while maintaining the flexibility to invest in locations with greatest value. Single asset opportunities are generally between US$5 million and US$30 million of equity, but we consider investments of any size with our range of co-investment partners.

Balfour Pacific works with savvy local partners who provide a knowledgeable local presence and a financial commitment to the deal. Our brand has been built on structuring flexibility and overall credibility.

DEAL PROCESS

We often work on transactions that have been sourced by local partners who do not have the financial capacity to complete the transaction. We are able to move quickly and with confidence on transactions, particularly under a tight time-frame. We are able to structure these deals to provide incentives for sponsors that align with success for our limited partners.
