Balfour Paciﬁc Capital Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the last building in The Campus @ Longmont, a ﬂex ofﬁce portfolio located in Boulder County, near Denver, Colorado. The building was fully leased at the time of sale and was sold at a high price watermark for the property. The transaction – the last of ten separate sales that were executed by Balfour during the life of the investment – closed on October 27, 2021.

The portfolio, consisting of nine buildings and approximately 300,000 s.f., was sold to a single buyer in a transaction that closed on March 4, 2021.

Balfour Pacific is pleased to announce the acquisition of its third BPRE V asset. Westpoint I, a six-storey office building in Dallas, Texas. The Transaction closed on January 7, 2021.
Westpoint I is a 91% leased, 150,019 s.f. office building with 588 surface and underground parking stalls. The property is in the Las Colinas submarket, a preferred destination for major corporations given its proximity to the DFW International Airport.
