Neill Pienaar

Vice President of Finance

Mr. Pienaar oversees financial reporting, tax compliance and planning, and day-to-day financial management at Balfour Pacific and other Belzberg & Co. affiliates. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pienaar spent 15 years working in both public and private practice for international firms in Vancouver, B.C., Cape Town and Johannesburg in South Africa as well as in London, United Kingdom. Mr. Pienaar holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA exams.
