MARTIN GLYNN
Mr. Glynn spent 24 years with HSBC completing his career as President and CEO of HSBC Bank Canada and President and CEO of HSBC Bank USA. Since his retirement in 2006, he has served on numerous boards and committees. Currently, Mr. Glynn is the Chairman of PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension funds. He was formerly the Chairman of UBC Investment Management Trust Inc., a former Director of Sun Life Financial Inc. and Husky Energy Inc., and former Senior Advisor to Second City Real Estate II Corporation.
Mr. Glynn holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Economics from Carleton University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Glynn was also the Jarislowsky Fellow in Business Management, Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary from 2009 to 2010.
PAUL HAGGIS
Mr. Haggis is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee of Home Capital Group and is a Director of Advantage Oil & Gas and Sunshine Village Corporation. His financial career began in Canadian banking before joining Metropolitan Life and Manulife Financial. He went on to hold various executive / CEO positions in the U.S. and Canada, including with large pension funds like Alberta Treasury Branches, PSP Investments and OMERS. Mr. Haggis has served on numerous public and private boards such as UBC Investment Management Trust Inc., Prime Restaurants, Athabasca Oil, ICBC, as well as a Trustee for Pure Industrial REIT. He was Chairman of Canadian Pacific Railway, C.A. Bancorp Inc. and the Alberta Enterprise Corporation. Mr. Haggis served on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada from September 2018 to February 2021. He was a commissioned member of the Canadian Armed Forces in the 1970s and retired as an Honorary Colonel in 1997. Mr. Haggis is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a chartered director designation (C.Dir) from McMaster University.
DEREK LEE
Mr. Lee has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. His expertise touches on most facets of real estate including brokerage, property management, financing, commercial and residential development, and syndication. Mr. Lee has been President of Prospero International Realty since 1999. He is considered a leading member of Vancouver’s business community and is involved with the Urban Development Institute, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the Real Estate Institute of BC and the National Association of Industrial Office Properties.

DAVID PODMORE
Mr. Podmore co-founded Concert Properties in 1989 and served as its Chief Executive Officer for 24 years. As a result of his leadership and vision, Concert grew into one of Canada’s most reputable developers. Today, Mr. Podmore continues as Chairman, President and CEO of the firm and its related companies. Mr. Podmore is recognized as an icon in the Canadian real estate industry and has served in leadership roles with many real estate industry associations. He played a key role in bringing the Olympics to Vancouver in 2010 and the development of several facilities for the Olympics. Mr. Podmore graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in community planning and obtained a Master’s Degree specializing in urban planning from the University of Alberta. STRAUSS ZELNICK
Mr. Zelnick founded Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC), a private equity firm focusing on the media and communications industry, in 2001. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, one of the world’s leading video game producers and distributers. Mr. Zelnick was the Interim Chairman of CBS Corporation when it merged with Viacom (NYSE: VIAC) in 2019. Prior to forming ZMC, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of BMG Entertainment, at that time one of the world’s largest music and entertainment companies with more than 200 record labels and operations in 54 countries.
Before joining BMG Entertainment, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Dynamics, a producer and distributor of interactive entertainment software. Prior to that, he spent four years as President and Chief Operating Officer of 20th Century Fox, where he managed all aspects of Fox Inc.’s worldwide motion picture production and distribution business. Previously, Mr. Zelnick spent three years at Vestron Inc., two as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zelnick also served as Vice President of International Television Sales at Columbia Pictures.
Mr. Zelnick currently sits on the board of Starwood Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: STWD). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
