Naveen Seethram

Mr. Seethram is an accomplished professional with a background in real estate investment and transacting. With years of experience garnered at blue-chip real estate firms, as well as from managing a personal real estate portfolio, Mr. Seethram contributes significant expertise in acquisitions, asset management and divestment.

Prior to joining Balfour Pacific, Mr. Seethram spent nearly two years with Adventus Capital Partners, a private U.S. office REIT focusing on Class A product in suburban Chicago and Atlanta. At Adventus, he played an instrumental role in a significant restructuring that involved the debt and equity recapitalization of Adventus’ entire portfolio.

Mr. Seethram started his career at CBRE in Edmonton, where he worked alongside the National Investment Team and honed his underwriting skills across a variety of asset classes. Throughout Mr. Seethram’s career, he has procured his own personal portfolio of commercial real estate assets, raising committed partner equity and facilitating dispositions.

Mr. Seethram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in Business Economics and Law.
