David Shiu

Controller

Mr. Shiu is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting for Bel-Fran Capital Ltd. and its affiliated companies. Prior to joining Bel-Fran Capital Ltd., Mr. Shiu worked at HSBC assisting in the implementation of a new financial reporting system. During his career, he has worked in several industries including gaming, banking, shipping, manufacturing, and media.

Mr. Shiu holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
