Fraser Gilmour

Mr. Gilmour joined Balfour Pacific in 2026. As a member of the Asset Management team, he provides analytical support in the monitoring, reporting, and implementation of value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Balfour Pacific, Mr. Gilmour spent three years at a Vancouver-based real estate developer with diversified holdings. At that firm, he participated in the asset management and acquisitions functions.

Mr. Gilmour holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Real Estate specialization from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
