Matthew Hudson

Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director, Investments

Mr. Hudson oversees the firm’s operational functions, leads the Investments team and plays a critical role in shaping and executing the firm’s strategic vision.

Mr. Hudson has nearly 20 years of expertise in investment transactions, finance, restructuring and private equity, cultivated at top-tier firms, including Balfour Pacific, PwC, Tricor Pacific Capital and Parallel49 Equity. Before joining Balfour Pacific, he played an integral role in the investment team at Parallel49 Equity, where he excelled in evaluating, executing and monitoring portfolio investments.

Earlier at PwC, Mr. Hudson held leadership roles in assurance, corporate restructuring and transaction advisory, spearheading financial and operational due diligence, restructuring assignments and business reviews for major clients.

Mr. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
