Balfour Pacific Acquires 27 Buildings in Campus at Longmont
Balfour Pacific Capital Inc. (“Balfour Pacific”) is pleased to announce that Balfour Pacific Real Estate IV, LP has acquired 27 warehouse, office and lab buildings in the Campus at Longmont for $69.6 million. The buildings, totaling 870,000 SF, were purchased from Crescent Real Estate. Situated in Longmont, Colorado, northeast of the county seat of Boulder and 33 miles north-northwest of Denver, the property is expected to benefit from the strong fundamentals of the Greater Denver market.
